Well, I've been "flashed KO'd". Basically my friend and I, usually about every week or so we grapple and fight for 1-2 hours and the first night we were doing this, he picked me up and basically slammed me, like a big Rampage or Matt Hughes slam, and I know I was out for a second because I woke up and he was just getting the mount, he even said I was out. So being flash KO'd is just basically being out for a second or so, I woke up and didn't know what was going on for honestly about a split second then realized he was taking the mount. Hope that helps somehow as it may happen to you while wrestling.

I can answer a similar question, though I've never been knocked out. Once I knocked a kid out in a street fight. He was probably down for about one minute but it seemed like a life time to me. It is scary to see some one like that. I almost wished I had been him. Standing there hoping he would get up, wondering if he was seriously hurt. I realized fighting on the street was not fun, it was serious shit.

You don't really feel the pain of the punch on impact your lights just go out and then you you recover your head hurts likes a motherfu**er.

You'll feel a pow, hear an insane ringining in your ears and your vision will spin out almost instantly. When you first start to come to, your body is going to start trying to do "normal" things. You'll probably try to get up and act normal. Slowly, as you really start to regain consciousness (Not just open your eyes), your head is going to be pounding. That crap leaves a nasty, nasty headache.

I used to be a doorman at a bar, and it was a high risk since I am by no means a big guy. But every now and then I'd have to break up a tussle or help someone out in the street.
I did get knocked out one time, by accident. This guy was thrashing another guy's head into a dumpster, I got them separated with the help of another one of the bar regulars. As soon as we let them go, this kid (the thrasher) came out of nowhere and started punching away at the guy. We got in the middle and out of instinct I just kinda rushed in and grabbed one of them around the midsection, totally not being careful and I got intercepted by a hook right on the temple.
They said I was out for about 20 seconds or so. It did hurt the next day but not bad. But when I woke up, it was like as if I was a baby and learned how to do everything physical in 2 seconds. Like I couldn't walk breathe or talk but in a split second I learned how and it rushed over me. Kinda like getting plugged in the Matrix is the best way I can describe it.
I was woozy but luckily I recovered after a few minutes. It wasn't cool at all. It's freaky to have any part of your life be blank, even if it was 20 seconds. No clue where I was, what was happening, etc.
