Ok so Im right handed. But when im in the right handed stance I move alot slower then I would with my left leg out in front of me. What should I do.? Speed over Power or Power over Speed?

Huh? If you're right handed then you should have your left leg out in front of you with the left side of your body angled to your opponent. You're supposed to jab with your less dominant hand, not your dominant one.

Okay well...that's kind of nonsensicle in its presentation but I'll try and help...

With left-side forward, you put your powerside farther from your opponent, giving you the ability to hit with a power-cross and a decent jab. It works if you're opening your oppenent with the jabs for a cross, or hook. Kickwise, your leading foot is your weaker leg, so front leg kicks will be slower, and more choreographed. But rear leg kicks will be a powershot.

Fighting with right-side forward puts your power side facing your opponent compensating for the weaker strength of your off-side by using it for heavier handed strikes. This feels more comfortable for me but its all about how you feel...

ok

Well if you are right handed, better have the left leg in front. You take this stance so you can use your hips when you hit. Weight transfer and torsion... Really its better like that. Unless you practice tae kwon do or karate, and go for points...
