It actually does make a difference. Last time I went without sex/masturbation for a week before an amateur fight and I went crazy in that ring.

Just go **** your girl just dont do it the day of the fight or the day before. Like Bas Rutten said it is better to be happy about your sex life then be on edge because you haven't been laid in a week
