I live alone, and I'm constantly shadowboxing. Here are the ones that immediately come to mind.

All I can do without looking like a fool is Left Knee, Jab, or Right Hook. My poor brain doesn't work right in southpaw.

This thread was fun.
I've never really trained in MMA yet, but I've been practicing shooting after certain strikes lately. I'm very excited to begin training regularly at a real MMA gym very soon.
jab
left cross
right hook
left hook
right elbow as you posture back up
jab
fake jab
left upper cut/body shot
right upper cut/body shot
also a fan of using fake jabs to get into a clinch and work knees and upper cuts
I also love to setup left(rear)leg or body kicks and then instead of bringing it back just stay in orthodox for a bit. this will really throw people off esp if they arent used to fighting a lefty in the first place, and you end up right in their face. also gives them a lot of chances to hit back though
I fight both orthodox and southpaw, because when I learned to fight (when I was 8) I was taught orthodox even though I am left handed, I later adopted southpaw. I switch stances based on conditions of the fight, the fighter's strengths, and if I want power or points.
I train primarily kickboxing and karate but I am also trained in Muay Thai.
Orthodox:
Jab
Cross
Left Hook to the head(possibly to the body depending of best option)
Right Kick to the leg or body kick
Jab
Right Hook
Looping Left Hook (used to set up kick even if missed)
Right Head or Leg Kick
Fake Jab
Body Cross (Pivot on left on front leg)
Left Hook
Southpaw:
Jab
Cross
Right Hook
Left Body Kick
Jab
Left Hook (possibly to body if opponent covers head)
I dont really have a favorite punch combo. when sparing I usually go with my with the flow and do what ever. when I fall in to combos I tend to telegraph what I am throwing. usualy use the jab to judge the distance then throw a one two and other than that i do what opens up.
as far as kicks go I like to throw a repeated right round house changing levels. for instance Low Low mid, low mid low, low low low, mid mid low.
however my favorite thing to do is to raise my left knee fainting a crescent kick then coming around with a spinning back kick or spinning side kick.
effectivness kinda depends on how the cross lands an if they are still in range, but feels gud if they all land
