Hip Movement
Question about hip movement.

When you punch, especially with a cross, you rotate your hips. Is there are exercises to sharpen up that movement. I am led to believe thats where you get power from, so is it possible to strengthen it up or sharpen it up to get more power into your punch?

get under someones mount and buck them off, lots of kettlebell swings, throw a bunch of leg kicks and crosses....lots of different core exercises as well, you'll get plenty of explosiveness
