Hip Movement
Question about hip movement.
When you punch, especially with a cross, you rotate your hips. Is there are exercises to sharpen up that movement. I am led to believe thats where you get power from, so is it possible to strengthen it up or sharpen it up to get more power into your punch? Thanks.. |
get under someones mount and buck them off, lots of kettlebell swings, throw a bunch of leg kicks and crosses....lots of different core exercises as well, you'll get plenty of explosiveness
