w30 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Here's my formal critique..

Take my criticism as something to work on, as everyone else's.

First Kick, that looked like a stomp kick honestly though I know it wasn't that's the first impression.

Use your weight transfer your foot position is what wins the fight, keep your strong leg in the back always..

When you kick use your hips man and pivot on the opposite leg.

To practice your form and to obtain balance try kicking the air.. Ankle, Knee, Hip, Side, Head, Inside Ankle, Inside Knee. Slowly.

no offence man but on the video you looked really sloppy. you just started so don't try to go as hard and fast as you can. focus on your tecnique now and speed and power will come later.

keep your hands up. you seem to drop them right before a punch combo or kick. your footwork needs some practice, but for only doing it 5 months you're not doing too bad. keep it up bud

Well, id have to say you have some pretty hard punches.


But i noticed something, when you kick you drop youre hands.The picture you have total prove my point, notice how youre right hand is totaly at youre waiste and youre left hand is way up high? Im saying if you miss with that kick, youre dead.



Also you always go for more then one punch at a time, so when you punch youll punch again with the other hand, that will give the opponent a short time to punch youre right in the face.


But besides those two flaws youre not bad.

In kickboxing/MT you push backwards with the hand on the side of the leg kicking to get more twist in your hips and more power. Your opponent isn't going to punch through the kick and your other hand should be up protecting your open side.
