how to get the basc shoulder rolls footwork good

anyone please tell me how to alway have the footwork goo so im always on the balls of my feet

im not sure if i understand your question exactly...but you're just asking how to stay on the balls of your feet? umm...just stay on them, a lot of people seem to be fighting flat footed these days tho, theres more power in that sense but a lot of speed is lost, i generally stay on the balls of my feet and plant for leg kicks, but other kicks/punches i stay on teh balls...just practice all your sparring drills trying to stay light and bouncy, jump rope....it'll come naturally.

thanks bro, it just feels strange when im doing my shoulder roll punches as it strains on my left knee and it feels like i might get a bit off balance
