do you think developing a strong neck and jaw helps with taking punches?? or is it all genetics?

I am of the opinion that most athletic ability is genetics, including the ability to take a punch...some things can be certainly helped with training, but it's mostly whether or not you chose the right parents.

Your chin as far as i have experienced, is mostly unchangeable, wether it be genetic or random. your chin only deteriorates over years of getting cracked in the head. IE chuck liddel
