The jab seems to be more of a push than a snap, work on bursting with the jab rather than just pushing it into the bag.

I wasn't able to see much in the area of footwork or head movement, but it seemed more like just some direct attack stuff rather than ellusive in and out style striking.

It looked like sometimes when you threw the jab your other hand dropped a bit. It was marginal, but it dropped a few times.

Work on that superman punch. A lot.

The rear leg body kicks sounded nice and looked solid. Technique looked pretty damn good.

Clinch looked like it needed some more work, as did the front kicks.

Also seemed like you might have been breathing a little heavily after such a short period, don't know if you'd been doing more beforehand, but it appeared to need some work.

^what he said but also.....

hit the bag with your shin, not your foot
when throwing knees, you have to be on your toes and not flat footed
when kicking step out to the side slightly, at the moment you're stepping forward

Colli has a little shameless behaviour in the past
One thing i noticed, is you kinda hop backwards with your leg up before delivering the knee.

I give you a lot of credit being willing to take criticism, but i'm not going to offer any. Getting good requires repetitions. Keep punching do a bag workout 4 times a week and you will be happy with your improvement. Here is a free one you can do for fun, just follow the video. http://www.facebook.com/MMAHomeTrain...29596683736561
