Been training MT for about 18 months now, and still don't have confidence in the flexibility in my legs. Even during warmups when we're meant to stretch I always tend to not get enough extension. High kicks only seem to connect with my foot. One of the lads got some contraption to help and while it apparently works, it costs like €150
