Ronaldo has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I was searching some exercises for my arms and i learned about these exercises from this post. Nice information. I will follow these tips and information for arms exercises.

I do muscle waves and arms waves to improve muscle and both workouts are enough for you. If you want to look excellent then you should concentrate on your neck. If you will create big neck then you don't need to improve more muscle.

This is fact^^^^^^. This will show you the difference between big arms and HUGE arms..
Get them big then worry about shape/details..
