how much can you leg press?
This is my first post on here. I'm 19, I'm currently 170lbs. Three months ago I started to do cardio, weight training, and now some kickboxing. I want to get into fighting but I figured I should get my body fat lower and in better shape before I began.
I can currently do 10 (90% good form) reps of just under 1000lbs.
What can you guys do?
