I'm using these things called kettlebells. I was wondering if anyone else used them and what they think. I just started and i know they have increased my strength and i have lost weight. I know some big names use them too. Roy Harris who my bjj instructor is a grappling instructor under uses them and he swears bye them. So yeah if anyone out there knows what i'm talking about the advice would be great.
yeh i use these wat sizes u got? i have 2 16 kgs 1 24kgs and a 32 kgs.there good but dont use them as your only way of training strenght mix in some barbell and dumbells stuff aswell and youll make some good gains
we also have some 8kgs and becasue i have shoulder problems so anyhting over my head i use a lighter weight but like i do swings and deadlifts with the 24kgs i use the 54kgs for squats and lunges so it varys
