Holy hell! This is how you get a supreme six pack and become invincible with body shots. I think I would have only lasted til the three minute mark...max. This is a non-stop ab workout routine.

Ran through it this morning. Was a quality burn, but much easier than I had expected. I did 50 of everything on both sides, so I feel like I did more than Manny, I hope I get abs like his haha.

Killed this this morning. I've been switching between this and one other ab workout I like in the morning. Got this down to just under 12 minutes. I felt it for sure.
