exactly he has been training that since a kid flinging up bails of hay the same way. Farming and wrestling for a long time = beast.
my dude knew a guy that was a roofer and would carry up tons of sh!t up a ladder every day and could dunk at 5'10ish....and white!!
and another guy whos dad was a landscaper or something and had to move huge rocks around all day. strong has hell in the legs with big traps just from doing that....but no chest cause he didn't work out.
some people just get strong from what they do
