Anti-Estrogen Supplement?

Hello, I am a 20 year old male 5'6 142-145lbs and I have been doing a weight/endurance training program (weight lifting + cardio 1-2 times a week)for a couple of years, and I am also thinking about taking up muay thai and or brazilian jiu jitsu. I am using a natural whey protein supplement right now, I eat right (fresh fruits, protein, carb etc.), and I also take vitamins at times. I recently had an appoitment with my doctor, he told me I don't really need to take the vitamins as long as I am eating right, I am at my ideal weight, my cholestorol, blood pressure etc. is excellent and I do not have any medical conditions, So..I would like to ask.. is it alright if I take this anti-estrogen supplement called 6-OXO. here is the link: 6-OXO
Reason I am researching this is because I want to increase my performance(strength, stamina etc.)while I am working out and get a better build, possibly gain a little more weight also. Also I am not sexually active at the moment, and I know this supplement will increase the libido, and I already have a high one lol, is this a problem?

The type of supplement it is (Anti-Estrogen) makes me think of sex changes. It just sounds wierd. I'd say go with Creatines, and NOX. I have a tub of Nox-cg3 and its works good for me. But it runs out quick.

The only reason you'd use an anti-estrogen is because you're abusin' the 'roids. That's why...

Don't use steroids, sir.

its anti-estrogen because it produces more of a testosterone balance, not any sex changes or any uneeded hormone changes lol, I wouldn't even think of using it if it did any of that or if it was a steroid, thanks anyway.

any more suggestions, anybody?

No! I am not using any steroids, never even seen one. i just want to improve my performance and build with a safe, natural supplement, thats why i only researched this because it says it works naturally, but if you have any other supplements you can refer to me that are safe (and possibly natural) that would be great

The only proven way to get rid of Gyno is through surgery which costs about 2500-$3000, although rarely insurance will cover it.

Some people have had luck using Tamoxifen Citrate or (Nolvadex. Although it is a presciprtion SERM or Anti Estrogen it can help with reducing (gyno)

Usually you can get it from anybody that sells or uses steroids.

If you get is dose it 40/30/20/10 or 40/20/20/10 and see if it helps.

Just a heads up if you do use it, you can expect side effects from lowered estrogen levels such as sore joints and possible loss of libido.

6-oxo is a hormone altering supplement. At 20 you don't want to mess with anything like that, you already have spiked testosterone in you system naturally as it is. If you were to use this, you could throw your whole system/libido off course.

6-OXO is actually pretty weak. I took it a few years ago by itself at the recommended dosage and didn't see an increase or decrease in anything.

I'm pretty sure it's not strong enough to throw anything off course let alone, reduce gynecomastia.

6-0X0 will reduce the severity of flare-up but it will by no means get rid of gyno
