First, lifting as much as possible isn't going to get you big. In fact, you very well may be overtrainig and overtraining will actually cause your body to produce massive amounts of "stress" hormones and actually make you smaller.
You should lift 3 times per week. Do very minimal cardio if you're wanting to bulk. Eat around 3500 calories a day, 40% Protein, 40% Carbs and 20% Fat should be the general make up of that diet. You should also be eating 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
Here is some good info on a 5 x 5 workout regime. I've tried this and it worked GREAT for me. Bodybuilding.com - Shannon Clark - Up Your Strength With A 5 X 5 Program!
Remember, you don't get bigger in the gym...you get bigger when you are recovering from the gym.
Sleep 8 hours a night, minimum. Eat clean and healthy! (Diet is 80% of getting bigger...FOOD is the number one mass gainer) And only workout 3 x's per week.
The only supplemenst I recommend are creatine and protein powder.
