Ok, well what exactly is the point of working out my shoulders. And how do I do it? Help please...

well i would think that it would help your punches n such a lot

and to work them i think bench presses or any arm exercises will also affect your shoulders

From a bodybuilding point of view; military presses, lateral and side-lateral raises and reverse flys will work and build muscle on your shoulders. High reps and medium-low weights for muscular endurance, medium-low reps with high weights for power and explosive strength. But I don't know anything about MMA training so if that's what kind of training you were after then I'm not too sure.

most of your punching power comes from the shoulder (along with hips and back). Do high weight benchpresses, push ups, butterflies, and shrugs.

Bigger Shoulders (in A Sense) Will Help Absorb A Landing Punch. People Say It's All About Your Triceps That Puts Power Behind Your Punch But Thats Completely Not True. Your whole body goes into a punch. If Your Also Planning On Heavy Shoulder Lifting Get Something For Joint Support.

Most of your punching power comes from your core.
