WOW, dont start doing weight trainig yet.
im 15 to but im 5'8, 10.5 stones, but ur so small in high u need to grow before you start to do weight traing man

If you think that you are flippin crazy, I love training and working out. I will not stop woking out and lifting weights. I will be fine, and not to mention buff soon... lol.

I could have had my butt down further on this one, Hard without weights, and this is my friends house.
and the next one, I heard this is a way you could do it...

the second one with the bar between the legs seems dangerous.
be careful with form, you don't want to get a hernia or have back problems. take it easy, going hard week in and week out can lead to overtraining and burn you out.
man you are young, and you watch mma? you're getting a good start. when i was 15 all i did was play ball.
i heart deadlifts. that and squats are king.
