In terms of resistance training:
Focus 60 to 75% on incline movements (incline bench and do push ups with your feet up in the air on something(hard as hell but works)
Then also do flat bench and some flat push ups... the more muscle you got, the less the fat shows
plus, everyone has a bit of 'em so don't kill yourself over it.
