I need to work on my chest... not the strength part but the fat... i have a little bit of what some would call Man-Boobs lol and i dont want them anyone know how to get rid of them?

b) cardio
c) low weight, high reps chest exercises

You cannot lose weight in just one part of your body. Lower your body fat %
Or maybe it's just that your pecs are too buff......

dude if you really are from huntington beach you gotta lose them fast and muscle up! do some swimming!

Diet & Cardio

In terms of resistance training:

Focus 60 to 75% on incline movements (incline bench and do push ups with your feet up in the air on something(hard as hell but works)
Then also do flat bench and some flat push ups... the more muscle you got, the less the fat shows

plus, everyone has a bit of 'em so don't kill yourself over it.
