I found a workout i want to do that really works core muscles, but it doesnt have anything about militiary presses. So i was wondering if i do powercleans since it will basically have a military press in it anyways, do i need to have a day that is just for military press? oh one more thing. is it ok to do pushups and pullups everyday?
