Exclamation I Think I Pulled Something...

I was working my legs today, and everything went fine. I might have went a little overboard on the weighted lunges but other than that i think i paced myself pretty well. About an hour ago, i went to the bathroom, and it was this shooting pain from the base of my pubic bone to the tip of my urethra where my urine exited, i know it may sound crude but it was like urinating out a q-tip or something?

So you pulled something in your penis from lunges? I'm definitely gonna have to agree with you and the sign lol

Go to the doctor. Mosyt likely you pulled or tore your groin muscle. I pulled my groin on both sides while doing BJJ and someone broke my gaurd.

He gave me an anti imnflammatory prescription and it went away in abut 2 days

You might have also developed a small herniation at the base of your scrotum area. It could account for the shooting pain you feel, i'd definately just go to the doctor to get checked out though.

Hope all goes well
