Just do it when you can. Like it says, there is no need to make up reps. However if you can get a chance to leave class for a secluded bathroom drop down and push out a few.

Seriously, I can't say enough good stuff about the push-up experiment. I suggest you give it a try, even though it's somewhat impractical for most peoples' schedules. I tacked on 20 more to my max in no time. Not only that, but it increased muscle tone significantly. I'm back on a normal lifting routine, but I'm going to do the 2-week cycle again and see where it gets me.

I did exactly that! I would do some in the mornin before school then go to the bathroom 1 and do some once anytime b4 lunch 1 set during lunch and 1 set after and lastly after i got out of school at 3 i would do a set every hour until 10.

if they make you do 50 at practice, "practice' being the key word here, you'll get good eventually.
