This is a new of training for me. Does someone have a good guide for training like that. I mean for sledgehammer, kettleballs and something like that. If it is possible, the guide should relate more to strikingthan to wrestling.

There are articles and videos on sledge training, heavy bag training, core, everything. This site came highly recommended to me and I love it. Check out the Tabata intervals. They are very effective and not time consuming workouts.
