im looking for a one day a week workout to improve my core strength, one day a week is all ive really got time for.
i work tue-sat, full time hours in the mornings and workout at night, kickboxing mon-thur and a big swim on a friday.
i want to keep sunday as my rest day, but add a one day core workout on a sat that i can do to help me improve abit more at kickboxing.
anyone got any?
