the hour before and after trainin
what is your routine before and after when training your muscles?
i have my cyclone 20 mins before then 5 minuets before i have a jog then start on my weights, after every set i have a can of energy drink like lucozade or redbull and at the end when iv finished i have another drink of my cyclone and then another 5 min run.
then a long soak in bubble bath to relax
how about yourself?
do you drink anything that seems to give you the edge when training like me drinking my energy drinks?
