Why is this "RossTraining" stuff so popular?

Just like the topic reads... I'm just curious as to why so many people recommend this guy's stuff.

MMA_76 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
the rosstraining website is a good website to make your own cheap equipment it doesnt bullshit u like bodybuilding.com does. it tells u the real excercises that actually help u improve on strentgh and explosiveness

I actually just recommend it on every thread relating to building up strength and explosiveness with limited equipment(which is a lot of threads). rosstraining.com is a helpful link to anyone interested in fighting, training, etc.

Infinite Intensity is an amazing books and should be read by every athlete.

Like Wukka said it has a lot of exercises for people with limited equiptment or people on a budget.

Mostly because it's relatively cheap and effective.

Is it the best? Probably not but it's very easy to direct someone to.
