He's a tool alright, I asked him to explain what he posted cause it was not a complete sentence and was unintelligible; he told me to read the OP. I did it and it still made no sense but he still turned it around and said it was my fault I couldnt understand his gibberish.

Guys (Sgt and Rob)

I am not helpful?

How can that be? I have given the question a correct answer.

Which is something you have not.

You lack knowledge in this field. please don't post bullshit (what you THINK).

Unintelligible? I am clear, i don't like writing paragraphs as they bore me and bore others. I give the people what they want.

refrain from commenting how i construct my info please, as i will not construct my responses like i do with important stuff

polymetrics for delts?
good power exercises for the shooulders include:
clap press ups, push press and hang clean and press(do with dumbells as apposed to a barbell as dumbells target the delts better)
