Alright I know it makes you feel good to pick apart peoples posts when they try to be helpful but cut it out, tool.
He's a tool alright, I asked him to explain what he posted cause it was not a complete sentence and was unintelligible; he told me to read the OP. I did it and it still made no sense but he still turned it around and said it was my fault I couldnt understand his gibberish.

clap press ups, push press and hang clean and press(do with dumbells as apposed to a barbell as dumbells target the delts better)
