a lot of you mention burpees as good exercises? what are they?

Salty22 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
with a squat thrust you dont jump up i think, wheras in a burpee you do.
burpees are a brilliant conditioning exercise, youll absolutly hate them when you do them but they are brilliant

Instead of just thrusting the legs straight back you can split them whilst thrusting back too. Make sure you keep a flat bodyline though at full extension (no sagging in the middle).

Try burpees with a weighted vest.. that's when you know you're a man, or the 100 burpee test for time of course
