I've heard resistance tubing mentioned a few times since I've joined and still don't really know what it is, can anyone fill me in? I get the basic idea that it helps with resistance in a workout, but any links to places I could get it?
Try this pushup variant for a total core workout!
Get down in pushup position, put your hands as far out ( above your head as possible) down and hold for 3 count and back up. 3 sets at 10 reps should do the trick.
