Eat some salt because I don't want you to die...
Yeah dying doesn't really help the training.

If you are working out, salt helps, just dont get your salt from shit like pastrami and sausages.

Anyhow. Chest, do incline(harder)/Decline(easier)/flat bench presses to work the bottom and top of the pec. Also, I do dumbell presses for the hell of it. Biceps I do low weight-high rep (for me I can rep 35s, but instead do 25s about 15 times each arm) which gets the burn going well. Shoulders do military press, SHRUGS (works great for me) and Arnolds. Getting a 6 pack is mostly about being lean, I mean I'm chubby and I have a 2 pack but without losing more gut thats all I'll ever have

And might I add only 122lbs? If you think youre fat you must be short as hell because I'm sitting here at 5'6 weighing 170lbs (77kg) and I'm not necassarily fat but ive got muscle/chubby
I was fat before, now im not.

so you do 30 kg curls?....better be both arms lol else you'd be some beast. 60 pounds each arm is good..Tho if that were true i'd have to start doubting...

Don't forget to train legs. If all I did at the gym was bench and curls with the weights I do I'd be considered weak (no doubt). Doing 180Kg deadlift and 120Kg squat (proper parallel now), I'm told Im strong for my weight.

U need to work the whole body. Also as others have said bodybuilding.com would be right up your street (goals).

sgtsixpack is right, your not going to shift your weight by doing pec deck, shoulder press etc. Ok your will feel like your working but you need to cover the whole body, as often as you can, as hard as the can for as long as you can.

Also your 15, forget about the 6 pack for now you have loads of time, im 24 and only now can i do with my body what i want, just get the fundamentals right and you will be flying.

I dont know what area you live in? but certain gyms are going to be better than other in terms of those willing to show you stuff.

Body buildng just isnt the way forward for you at this stage, do some but it shouldnt be your primary focus.

Oh and sort your diet out, diet coke???? cut that shit out, get yourself some meal replacements, whey protein, cut shit like potatoes, pasta etc if you want a more rapid result and eat meat, chicken, fish, steamed veg, and low GI fruit i.e. green apples, green pears, banana's.

Eat as often as you can, as much quality as you can and at your age you can get your metabolism flying!

Hope that makes sense

Sixpack is all in the diet. If someone has a sixpack all year round, then they won't make significant gains in size, strength. I have a 4-pack, I eat alot of good food; but don't worry about calories. I even have porridge (carbs) straight before bed and usually get up in the night to eat something else. You should eat protein every 3 hours. It might sound a bit hardcore for u if ur 15 though.

Do heavy compound movements without doing anything to risk injury. Deadlift, bodyweight pullups, squats, bench, standing shoulder press. I never tried clean and jerk or olympic lifts, they are quite technical; but they should be good. Google it for more info.
