iv stopped training as regular as i used to but after christmas joinin a gym and ill go about 3 sumtmes 4 times a week
Usually ill do sumthing like Chest + triceps and do 3 sets of 12 or 10 on chest, dumbell press, then do like pyramid set on bench pressing usually i only go up 3 weights, ill go on to flys then 3 sets of 10
Tricep ill go on the wire machine that tricep pull down exercise ill do 4 sets of 12 and ill do w,e after that like my abbs
i move on to my shoulders bicep and lats then the next day or wen eva i go again
but im finding that these curls im doing dont give me the results i want mainly my fault because my biggest problem is i dont stick to me exercises BUT i want to bulk up my body without loosing any speed or sharpness in my movement if that makes any sense?? i dont want big heavy hands i wont fast striking ones but with a decent amount of muscle mass (if im making sense)
im also looking for a new gym routine for wen i start training after christmas, im mainly lookin for overall body power mainly in my shoulders triceps for a more power swing on my punch (i work on my punch bag and have pads aswell for accuracy)
i hear cleans press is the best exercise for power? and pull ups are great but i wont sum power training that are good for muscle building aswell like focused curls (if u understand me)
anyone got a small list they will to post up? iv read that list above but are there any more good exercises??
and btw whats a dead lift??
