the core/ good abs
Well since before x mas ive started to work out and do BJJ and am happy to say ive lost just around 30 pounds. My question is and i know its been asked before how to i get a more muscular stomach area.
im doing situps, side bends, running, twist, etc.
I also am eating rather healthy, no pop just water and a glass or two of skim milk every day.
oatmeal for breakfast, and lots of chicken for dinner and lunch along with some kind of veggie.
any suggestions for how to get more noticable abs. or do i still need to cut more weight.
oh yea this might help right now im 6 foot tall and down to 200 pounds.
thanks

Diet is most important, then you should do things like cardio, and some assorted ab exercises, such as saxon side bends, russian twists, turkish get ups, OH squats w/ the bar, leg raises, etc.
