315 is my max right now. 10 years ago it was closer to 400.

I'm doing 205 right now, and I'm at 165-170. Depends when I weigh my self.

175 at the weight 160.1. Truthfully, I don't find much of a purpose in bench pressing. I only do it to keep my chest up to par with the rest of my body. In my mind, there's a difference between functional & rotational strength compared to weight lifting strength and bench pressing really doesn't improve my functional strength in the areas I need it to.

Agreed. Bench press is pretty useless when it comes to fighting, functional strength, and sports in general.

Dude, you have to ease into it. I've seen a good number of people hit the preacher curls hard without having worked out before, and tear the crap out of their biceps. They can't straighten their arms out for a week or two after.

Bench press is for homo's...haha jk

I always do the bench with free weights. Its far better for you. Anyways i do 65 per arm usually. I have done 85's. full sets.

I Need to work on my upper body alot. I do alot of pull ups, pull downs, military press', kettle bells, deadlifts, squats and leg press'.

I can leg press 600lbs

I can do 365 for six reps, I don't know what my max is. Barbell rows reverse grip I can do 385 for 8 reps. Somehow, I'm stronger with pulling exercises than pushing ones.
