I'm a competitive power lifter. I lift to smash records, and continually dominate the 181 lb. class. Mainly though, I just want to make continuous gains in my three lifts, along with staying quick (as I am), and being explosively fast (crucial for covering major ground in the OF---which I do.) Competitive baseball = teh sex.

PL'ing = Since I was 16
Baseball = Since I was 7
I am now 22.
What do you look to achieve by lifting?
What are the long term goals you have associated with lifting?

I just started doing BJJ and MT again a few weeks ago at a Premeir Martial Arts place near me house. I told them I wanted to train and that I was looking into doing Pro MMA. But I didn't have no money. So they offered me a membership in exchange to just clean to mats and basically do shit jobs. It's not really that bad.
They have a guy there named Justin, not sure his last name but he just came back from Hawaii training with BJ Penn.
Anyway's back on topic. I started lifting originally as just a feel good type of lift but I still wanted to get some kind of gains in mass because when I started I was like 125 pounds. Up until last year I started to really get serious about it.
Now I'm really just lifting for endurance and explosiveness for fighting and so I can keep from burning out when I roll.
So basically I want to be Sean Sherk, but no juice. Haha

There ya go!
Sounds like you're on your way...like I said. Just stay persistent with your schedule, change up your workouts when you feel yourself start to plateau, maintain a clean diet (I know you'll still want to chow whatever...for that mass stacking), but just keep doin' work - and you'll continue to see AND FEEL yourself improving.
Copper The Midget, go back in your hobbit hole.

Yeah Diet is no problem for me. I always try to eat clean. Usually I don't have to feast too much for mass stacking. I drink a gainer shake after breakfast and before bed.
The only problem I have is mixing up my workout routines and coming up with new stuff to do.

I was waiting for people to start calling bullshit on this thing.....seriously lets get real here.....I'm 18, have been weightraining a fair while and am pretty happy at being able to bench slightly over my BW.
If I can figure out how to transfer a crappy quality video of my amazing BP from my camera to the interwebz I'll try to do it this weekend.
