Wait, so you have a workout station in your study hall/a teachers room in school, AND are allowed to use it during class? Shit if this was how HighSchools were when I was younger I would've actually gotten something out of school.

More impressive (to most average folks, anyway) than stacking on weights in the gym is when we're out in social situations and I military-press my wife.
if i saw someone do that in a social situation i would think they were a ***

I actually used to do quite a bit of bench press because I was obsessed with it just like everyone else, but now I don't do it as much and when I do I just do dumbell bench. My fear was that I would begin losing flexibility. IMO stretching should be utilized by more people just because flexibility helps with altheticism just as much as lifting. People reach their 'max bench' goal, and then they realize they can't put their arms above their head. lol. I call those kinds of people 'squares'.

Kamikaze is now 5-0. Watch his most recent fight here.

That's pretty good if it's true. I don't know what my one rep would be.

Hey bud...not to be rude. But ya jacked my name and your giving us a bad name. I believe I chose this username about a couple of years ago as it says on the left hand side <---. But hey if you want to use it go ahead just post respectable comments.

BTW: Havn't maxed in years on the barbells. Been doing dumbell training mainly. Can rep 80's on each arm about 3 sets of 5 - 8's. What do you guys think the max would be.
