I am a freshman, 15 years old, and I joined a MMA a little while ago. I go to the Grappler's Lair in Texas. they teach brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, and wrestling. I am doing pretty good there, but I'd like some advice from people who have been doing this about what kind of workout i should do. I play football and do powerlifting. i am not bullshitting about my weight and/or weight i can lift.
bodyweight- 183 lbs.
bench press- 225 lbs.
squat- 310 lbs.
deadlift- 325 lbs.
power clean- 115 lol (i just started doing these like 2 weeks ago)
40 yard dash- 4.97 seconds (i dont know if that matters)
but i'd really appreciate any advice. thanks
