What kind of weight training advice do you need. Are you looking for endurance training, strength training, or are you wanting to put on muscle mass. Plus what kind of style are you doing now and for how long? What kind of style are you looking at doing. Are you wanting to do this to get into shape or do it as a sport see how far you can go with it.
