Read the links he provided then, don't just look at them for a second and move on. The first link he gave you, which I wrote myself, has like 8-10 GREAT other links that you should be definitely looking at. Me and Trey's training logs are also like 40 pages combined, so check those out too. You have to be willing to do the work and the research to know shit man, and you should be looking at articles of peolpe who really know what they're talking about to learn your shit.

Yeah i know bro, Im reading yours now, I have been researching this stuff for awhile now but I havnt learned much, and the thing is that lots of the time, people just post opinions or routines or techniques that work for them and dont work for others, and some stuff is just what they have heard and what not. so till not I didnt really know about what could be some concrete resources. But yall seem pretty knowledgable, and i still wanna get big and workout but im about to start MMA so i need to up my strength and power and not so much my look. So im trying to get on that!

Ya the thing I wrote is based on S+P instead of mass or hypertrophy or looks or any bodybuilding type shit. Definitely check this out though, it's an interview of like 4-5 of the best MMA Strength and power coaches around:

Its not all about strength in a fight. It's impressive if you can squat 300+pounds, but lets see if you can do that for 5 mins. It's just as importent to have muscular endurance as it is strength. If you can't last the full fight let alone one round and your legs feel like rubber and your hands feel like iron weights, what good is it that you can bench 400 and squat 300. Just my opion and exprience.
