300 easy with your typical squat.

120 over head squat. I haven't gotten higher then 120 on the over head squat cause they scare the shit out of me.

enufced904 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Last time I maxed on squats was my senior year of high school (about 4 years ago). I did 295lbs, weighed about 155 and I'm 5'8" ...

I can probably only do like 220 now.. I'm so out of shape.
