How much can you squat?

How much can you squat?

I haven't been able to squat for a little over a year now, because of my knees, but I used to be able to max 330. I'm currently able to do 680 on the leg press.

Feel free to include your deadlifts too.

I have put up 235 ATG, but I imagine I'm good for about 255 right now. My max deadlift is 375 currently though. This is all at 160 pounds BW

I did 310lbs in 8th grade during an off season football max-out. I could have done more but my coaches were lifting nazis who only counted perfect form and going down low.

I haven't done it since, as the damage far outweighs the benefit.

lol hes probably old like me and dosnt want to risk getting hurt to find out how much he can squat.

I have no idea what i can do anymore but im sure i could get 300. When i squat i use light weight and go for high reps.

My 1 rep max is 240

usually though I aim for high reps. So usually I'll do 185 for 16 reps.

I am at a plateu now. I'm trying to get to 315 by the end of this year.

I weigh around 150

Why do you americans use lpw instead of kilogramms and foot/inch instead of meter/centimeter? DO you use these units in physiques and math too?

Weight: 150

Squat : 282

Deadlift : 308

I didnt test that because I train only in the 5-10 rep range. I used a 1rm calculator for that. U hope they are accurate.
