The only thing worth mentioning in there is the Plyometric DVD... and to be honest... you're better off doing a few of Bas's 2min or 3min rounds.

Thanks to NikosCC for the sick sig!

but if lets say i want to lose weight and tone up and gain strength then p90x is a good way to go wouldnt it? and then i will train and fouce on fighting techniques etc. after i lose the wieght. and wouldnt the p90x also give me more endurance? it seems like it since it works you so hard and many of people have had good results? just wat i think.

Are you actually asking for our opinion or just posing statements as rhetorical questions? If you want to lose weight: go jog and stop eating crap. If you want to get in shape for fighting: train mma. P90X is aerobics, which is great and all... and any physical exercise is better than nothing. But you won't find good baseball players that only train in weight rooms, and you won't find good basketball players only running laps at the track. To get in shape for a specific sport, you have to practice that sport. Same holds true for MMA.

yes i know this. i take muay thai classes 3 times a week. for ex. isolation exercises are bad for mma like u shuldnt have a only biceps and tricpes training day. so would the p90x be good for workouts for mma.

ive been doing p90x for about a month and it a pretty basic workout. most of all the stuff, ive done before with exception of the yoga. the thing is, you have to do it to your limit every set do the max reps. everthing is back to back you get about a minute rest every 5 or 6 min. it works, dont let anyone tell you it doesnt. if you arent in good shape, it will get you in better shape then most if you stick to it. try and top what you did on your last workout and youll always improve. its good for people who need some kind of direction. i bought it and i think it is worth the money.
