ive been doing p90x for about a month and it a pretty basic workout. most of all the stuff, ive done before with exception of the yoga. the thing is, you have to do it to your limit every set do the max reps. everthing is back to back you get about a minute rest every 5 or 6 min. it works, dont let anyone tell you it doesnt. if you arent in good shape, it will get you in better shape then most if you stick to it. try and top what you did on your last workout and youll always improve. its good for people who need some kind of direction. i bought it and i think it is worth the money.
