In order of importance (imo)

1) Deadlift
2) stiff leg deadlift
3) weighted chins
4) good mornings

Those are the bread and butter you need to develop a strong back and posterior chain. (Hamstrings included)

If you have access to a GHR (glute/hamstring raise) I'd do those as well.

Also do pulling exercies like cable rows and dumbell rows.
