Pull up question

Should i do over or underhand pull ups? Both? Another pulling exercise? I'm totally clueless guys, so I wanna ask some people who knows. I primarly look to improve grappling/wrestling strength, if that is useful info...

PS. Don't ask me to do too many, I'm not that strong yet

Do both, as well as neutral grip, wide grip, hammer grip, etc.
