Alright fellas new member! Already have a quick question.
I have been doing MMA training for about a month now. Before that I was a gym rat/muscle head. I was pretty strong, and thats all I wanted to do is lift until I finally started MMA training. Since I have started I haven't lifted a weight. Now, my question is, I want to continue weight lifting, but I don't want to become to muscle bound where I can't do my MMA training right. I was just wondering what a good weight routine/split would be to get my strong, but also not lose my flexibility or get to muscle bound. Thanks all in advance.
