Learn to punch and kick correctly. Also, plyometrics+weight training for great success.

boxing for punches
Kickboxing 4 kicks

Strength training such as pushups and such for upperbody
and wall sits and horse stance for lower
Plyometrics as well also do compound exercises this will help your body mechanics
