so im sure that this has been discussed about a thousand times,

But what are your guys' favorite ab workouts?

Im just always lookin for new ones.

I love Saxon Side Bends and OH Squats. I don't really do ab work at all though... I prefer to have my belly.

Wukka, any chance you could explain what saxon side bends are? Is that where you hold weights over your head and bend to each side? Appreciate it a bunch if you could clarify.

With feet spread roughly 18 inches apart and pointed straight ahead, hold dumbbells above your head close together. With total control, bend to one side and repeat to opposite side. Keep rep count low as with the other lifts, generally using around six reps per side.
