5x5

I've been reading a little bit about 5x5 training and I noticed every routine I have seen only has barbell training. Would it completely f*ck up the routine if I threw in some dumbbell exercises? , or should I just stick with the barbell?

I'm be honest I'm not super knowledgable about the 5x5 training but I really don't see why dumbbells couldn't be used. I've seen 5x5 training with kettleballs which are essentially round dumbbells so I think you're good to go with using them.

Using dumbells would be fine... probably better to mix it up anyways
