yes but its the motion that gives them the edge in staying up if they stoped the mothing most would fall over. like when they do those hand stands and such its right after a very dynamic movement and then they kinda stop in a position but can only hold it for a few seconds as thier muscles attmpt to resist the movement in the continued direction once the momentum is played out that is usually when they fall over or move on to something else, though I will say that in itself is a great workout

So break dancing and gymnastics are both very good for body weight exercises although gymnastics is probably better because they hold the positions and use the rings

well the gymnastic exercises are designed to improve stregth and such where break dancing is more just a form of areobic exercise which is basicly cardio

But I bet both would be ablew to adapt over to the other style fairly easily
Although break dancing still has to be pretty hard

yea the break dancing requires more rythm and its more a creative form of expression... Wow miranda would be shocked I think to see me say something like that, She's the Artist in the family

I know that Matt Hughes and some of the guys from MFS do Plyometrics with Billy Rush. It sounds like another very good method to incorporate into training.

Plyometrics is Like jumping drills where youare only on the ground for a split second and then you jusmp again like off a box or something
good for your vertical leap
