Guess what???
My dad said that he used to be able to do Straddle Planche Push ups!!!
It was when he used to do gymnastics back in middle school (8-9th grade)
And he was able to do it with in the season which was like 2 months or so!!!
He also used to be able to bench a lot

well that form of training if you do it every day you will make good gaines as long as you do not cheat yourself.

Well actually the coach would train them super hard and then by the end of the week they were exhuasted! But then again on monday my dad could hold and L on the dip bar for 30 seconds.. So you need a day or two to rest

well true but that is why you do different exercises on different days otherwise you exhaust the muscle, sorry should have been a bit more clear I did not mean the same muscle group everyday

yeah different muscle on different days. like pull ups one day and those weird push ups the other or like the vault one day and the rings another
but any other body weight exercises?? I'll look for gymnastic ones

People who breakdance on a regular basis usually have great balance, co-ordination and lots of explosive strength. My nephew dances on a semi-professional basis, and he was a lot of fun to teach how to roll. He got his shit down quick, and was a very explosive in his movements.

For those who are also looking for a set of exercises that can be dones solely with just your body weight, I found this link in the Sherdog forums. It's the completely Farmer Burns Catch Wrestling book available online and in .pdf format. Great find if you ask me.
